China debuts world's first boring machine capable of tunneling over 1,000 meters for ore mining

China has deployed a 500-ton drilling machine, described as an “underground aircraft carrier,” capable of excavating vertical shafts over 1,000 meters deep to access hard-to-reach mineral deposits.
