World's second-richest country offers nearly $400 in credits for youth to pursue hobbies and life skills

Singapore will provide selected youths aged 13 to 17 with S$500 (US$387) in curiosity credits to encourage them to explore hobbies, develop new skills and participate in activities beyond the classroom under a new five-year national youth strategy.
