Vietnamese student wins rare double scholarships at world's top 8 university in Singapore

A 20-year-old student from central Vietnam has pulled off a rare feat: winning scholarships for both a bachelor's and a master's degree at the National University of Singapore (NUS), ranked eighth in the world by QS.
