Vietnamese residents in US’s Orange County anxious over risk of chemical tank explosion

Returning home from the supermarket, Hoang Anh found police officers outside her house, ordering her family to evacuate immediately after a nearby factory in Orange County, California, reported that a chemical tank was at risk of exploding.
