Vietnam reacts after South Korean official mentions 'importing women' amid population decline

Vietnam’s Embassy in South Korea has formally responded to remarks by a South Korean county leader who suggested “importing” foreign women, including from Vietnam, to address rural population decline, calling the language offensive and inappropriate.
