Vietnam breaks into top 10 countries and regions for environmental design leadership outside US

Vietnam has climbed from 28th to 8th place in the U.S. Green Building Council's annual ranking of Top Countries and Regions for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) outside the U.S., marking its first entry into the global top 10 within just two years.
