Tourists lift their feet and beers as Bui Vien walking street goes underwater in Ho Chi Minh City

Tourists and locals were caught ankle-deep in water on Bui Vien walking street on Saturday night as heavy rain and high tides combined to flood one of Ho Chi Minh City’s busiest nightlife hubs.
