Singapore’s caterer Stamford Catering Services fined $6,200 for food safety lapses after 180 customers got sick

Stamford Catering Services, a caterer for major events including SEA Games 2015, has been fined SGD8,000 (US$6,256.26) for food safety lapses after more than 180 people fell ill on two separate incidents.
