Malaysian construction firm IJM’s leaders urge rejection of $2.8B takeover bid from billionaire Jeffrey Cheah’s Sunway

The board of Malaysia-based construction firm IJM Corp. has called on shareholders to reject an MYR11 billion ($2.8 billion) takeover offer from Sunway Group – the flagship company of Malaysian billionaire Jeffrey Cheah.
