Joint ventures led by property developer Sunway, controlled by Malaysian billionaire Jeffrey Cheah, have secured a land parcel at Bayshore Drive in Singapore for SGD2.13 billion (US$1.6 billion) from the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore.
