Chinese chocolate persimmon hits record low prices in Vietnam

Chinese chocolate persimmon is now sold from VND30,000 (US$1.15) per kilogram in Vietnam, down 70% year-on-year and the lowest prices since the fruit entered the market in 2023, amid a surge in imports.
