319 people stuck onboard Singapore Airlines flight for 2.5 hours after heavy rain hits Changi

A Singapore Airlines flight from Guangzhou with 319 people onboard was diverted to Indonesia's Batam island after heavy rain made it unsafe to land at Changi Airport, leaving travelers stuck on the tarmac for nearly 2.5 hours.
